How to find Inner-Wholeness?

Inner wholeness can be defined as finding happiness and content with oneself. As therapist we play a major role in helping our patients find wholeness in their lives, guiding them to understand their constant flow of emotions and thoughts. In order to be content, it is important to understand that always being happy is impossible, and that feeling sad at times can be the driving force to help us make the positive changes in our lives. For example, if we were always content, would we ever try to better ourselves physically, mentally, or even financially? The negative thoughts and emotions are there to help us realize that we are meant to do more, and to help us evolve.

Verbal therapy is part of this journey to finding inner wholeness. While working with my patients, I work to guide my client’s on understanding their thoughts and emotions better and help them understand while these negative symptoms are occurring; in order to help them realize their full potential.
