I am a bilingual therapist, who has been practicing as a mental health counselor since 2018. I specialize working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as young adults who are experiencing a lack of purpose and meaning in their lives and are in a transitional phase of their lives. I also have experience working with addiction, such as alcohol, drugs, and pornography.

My approach to therapy involves adding a humanistic touch, where sessions are focused on the client’s lived experience, and how to improve the client’s overall daily functioning. Clients can expect a warm and understanding environment, where they won't feel judged. Clients can also expect to explore and identify issues that are currently impacting them in their daily lives, and to find alternate methods to cope with their symptoms.
